Standard warranty is one-year labor up to the same amount of time spent when work was originally completed by Augusta Plumbing & Heating. Warranty service will only cover the newly installed equipment, controls, or materials, as well as our workmanship.
In the event that an existing piece of equipment prevents the proper start up or operation of the new equipment or system, Customer assumes all responsibility for any additional service charges that may be incurred. Augusta Plumbing & Heating warrants that work performed and parts and equipment installed by up was completed in a workmanlike manner and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Augusta Plumbing & Heating is only obligated to perform the original specified scope of work.
If Customer requests changes or modifications to the original scope, the changes may be agreed upon orally or in writing and Customer is responsible for additional time and materials. In the event that the applicable public authority or other government agency requires modifications or additional labor or materials which were not included in the original scope, then the contract price shall be adjusted and billed to Customer. Warranties will be honored (except for the exclusions listed below).
Augusta Plumbing & Heating's obligation for defective products and/or workmanship shall be limited. Items disclosed on invoice and declined by Customer or Customer supplied equipment may be excluded. Warranties will not be honored if parts have been replaced or worked on by anyone other than Augusta Plumbing & Heating during warranty period. Any alterations, additions, adjustments or repairs made by others, unless authorized or agreed upon by Augusta Plumbing & Heating, will be cause to terminate Augusta Plumbing & Heating's obligation.
All warranty issues must be allowed to be inspected and approved by Augusta Plumbing & Heating before any repair is made. Warranties are not transferable. Augusta Plumbing & Heating is not liable for repairs to products beyond their useful life, for cosmetic purposes, or to parts no longer available.
The entire invoice is due upon completion of described work, or at the date noted on the original invoice. Any payment not received by the specified date is subject to interest until paid. If Customers check does not clear at the time of deposit, Customer is liable for more than the check amount and any possible court costs, attorney fees and filing costs. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred to Augusta Plumbing & Heating for the collection of delinquent accounts including, but not limited to: all attorney's fees, filing fees and all other reasonable costs.
