Furnace check ups include:

• Combustion test to check for carbon monoxide levels, oxygen and carbon dioxide
• Set gas pressure to factory specifications to reduce excess emissions and wasted gas
• Check inducer and blower fans for amperage against specifications
• Check for cracked or clogged heat exchanger
• Check pilot safety for millivolts so it falls within specifications
• Make sure furnace is level
• Check ignitor and compare to specifications
• Clean condensate
• Visually check for rust and corrosion
• Check flue and chimney for blockage
• Check temperature rise so it falls within specifications
• Provide and install a new filter

AC Membership

$15 per month

Air conditioner and chemical cleaning include:

• Check refrigerant levels
• Check static pressure of ductwork
• Check compressor and fan amps and compare to specifications
• Make sure air conditioner is level
• Check fan speed for correct CFM and efficiency
• Clean condensate
• Check for coil damage
• Camera inspect A Coil
• Chemically clean outdoor coil and indoor A Coil

Air Exchanger Membership

$9 per month

• Inspect unit for proper operation
• Adjust and recommend seasonal settings
• Clean filters and order new ones if necessary
• Clean outdoor screens and recommend more advanced cleaning if needed.

Dryer Vent Membership

$9 per month

• Can only add this on to other memberships
• Clogged and dirty dyer vents account for over 3,000 house fires annually
• A restricted dryer vent can cause much longer drying times and twice the amount of energy to dry a load of clothes
• Annual cleaning
• Patch and repair any loose connections or bad pipe

• Annual cleaning of outdoor and indoor units
